About.

I’m Paige. I am passionate about people and the planet. Working with people to help realize their dreams is what motivates me. Giving back to the local community is what inspires me.

I moved to Santa Barbara twenty-two years ago from Chicago. I’d been to Santa Barbara once; for 24 hours. But in those 24 hours I was hooked. Sure, throw a midwestern kid into a coastal California town and they’re bound to fall in love, but it was more than the palm trees and Pacific Ocean. It was the energy. The laidback way of life. The respect for the earth and the desire to preserve the unparalleled natural beauty.

I spent sixteen years working as an eco-friendly clothing designer in the outdoor industry. I learned how small businesses are owned and operated, consumer marketing, client relationships, and most importantly, a passion to live consciously and sustainably.

In 2008, a new passion sparked. I purchased my first home and settled down with my wife. The entire process was a bit nerve wracking, but the relationship and trust that was built with my agent put me at ease. I played an active role, becoming fully engrossed and learning the process. After closing, my interest in real estate did not wane. I spent many hours per week studying the local market, diving into interest rates, and playing amateur real estate agent for friends and family.

It was clear I uncovered a new authority and I sought to combine my passions. My unique background and skillset in design and project management informs my work in real estate, where clients seek thorough analysis and thoughtful advice. I am appreciated for my exceptional attention to detail and strategic relationship building. I am GREEN certified by the National Association of Realtors and I donate a portion of each commission to local environmental non-profits. When I’m not working, I can usually be found absorbed in a DIY home project, on a camping adventure with my family, or out on the Santa Barbara trails with my dog, Poppy.
